Shipping Info

Notes:

In-stock items ship within 1-5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 

If your order is not shipped immediately, don’t worry! We’ll make sure your order is delivered within the timeframe chosen at checkout. We’ll even cover the tab to upgrade shipping, if necessary.

 

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered on the same day may not ship together depending on their size. 

 

Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM CST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day.

 

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

 Notes:
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.


2) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.
